User Eligibility\u003C/strong>\u003C/h3>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Users must be \u003Cstrong>18 years or older\u003C/strong> to register independently.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Users \u003Cstrong>under 18\u003C/strong> must have \u003Cstrong>written parental or guardian consent\u003C/strong> and may only engage with practitioners approved to work with minors.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch3>\u003Cstrong>3.
